“With a career spanning military aviation and senior corporate leadership, I’ve spent my life operating in high-pressure environments where teamwork, precision, and decision-making are the difference between success and failure.
Serving in the Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm, I mastered the art of leadership under pressure, strategic execution, and rapid problem-solving in high-stakes situations. In the business world, I worked in major international markets in senior leadership positions with some of the world’s most recognised corporations including Saatchi & Saatchi and WPP. I saw first-hand the challenges companies face—misaligned teams, siloed thinking, and leadership gaps—and knew that conventional team building simply wasn’t enough.
Imagine was founded to bring elite-level teamwork, leadership, and performance strategies to the corporate world. Unlike traditional team building programs, it’s not just about experiences and team bonding, it’s about real transformation.
